Refund and Cancellation Policy

At MG Telemedicine, we strive to provide convenient, high-quality virtual healthcare services to all our patients. Please carefully review our Refund and Cancellation Policy before booking your appointment.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments for services at MG Telemedicine are non-refundable. Once your consultation is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the outcome of the consultation or your satisfaction with the service.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us at mgtelemedicine8@gmail.com or calling (956) 898-7979.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee.

  • No refunds will be provided for canceled appointments.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to show up for your scheduled virtual appointment will be treated as a no-show. If you do not attend your appointment at the scheduled time:

  • Your consultation fee will be forfeited.

  • No refund or credit will be issued for missed appointments.

3. How to Reschedule Your Appointment

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your consultation fee. You can reschedule by:

4. Exceptional Circumstances
